This page describes the information used to respond to transport estimate requests and the route services used by the estimator.
Information you provide
An estimate request may include your name, phone number, optional email, pickup and delivery city or ZIP code, trailer type, preferred date, optional trailer length and loaded weight, and any notes you choose to add.
Felix uses those details to review and respond to the request. Request information is stored with Cloudflare and can be viewed in the password-protected owner area. The site does not send your contact details to mapping services.
Place search and route estimates
City and ZIP searches are sent to Photon, hosted by Komoot. When you request a route estimate, route coordinates are sent to the OSRM service hosted by FOSSGIS. These services use OpenStreetMap data. Route estimates are for planning and are not truck navigation or a confirmation that a route is suitable for a particular trailer.

Storage and site measurement
Estimate requests and owner records are stored with Cloudflare so Felix can review them. Public pages and site assets may be cached. Request and owner API responses are marked not to be stored in the browser cache.
This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics. The owner area uses a necessary session cookie to protect access.
